Professional Background:
Prior to starting her firm, Melinda was Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at XL Group plc (NYSE: XL), where she was the lead attorney on capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate governance matters. Prior to XL, she was associated with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York and London and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York, where her practice focused on initial public offerings, high yield debt offerings and mergers & acquisitions.
